Again, that is probably more a political question than one I am in a position to answer in detail. From our point of view on the agriculture side - the Minister has been clear on this - if we are talking about a higher level of green ambition in the CAP over the next number of years, we have to have a commensurate CAP budget to allow us to do that. There is no point in asking people to achieve a higher level of ambition if we do not have the funding in place to support it. That will be a consistent approach from us as we move forward in the proposals.
