I was on it for a while. It does not go through every report. The national director for internal audit would bring key reports to the attention of the committee, particularly those where there would be systemic concerns that might have high risk. If there are findings which are non-systemic, they would probably not be considered by the committee. They are very specific to a particular organisation. The real concern for the audit committee would be those which would have a wider relevance across the organisation. The national director goes through those at a high level with the committee and members can raise any questions they want.
