Mr. Jim Breslin:
The Government signed off on the heads of a Bill relating to the fair deal scheme and the Minister of State, Deputy Jim Daly, intends to bring that through the House this year if the House facilitates it. We would implement it in the current year. It will apply to people who are already in nursing homes.
