With regard to the fair deal scheme for business people and farmers, being a farmer myself, what kind of costs are implemented? There is a 7.5% property charge for three years. That will be the same as it was heretofore for everyone else. Will that be rolled out? Is it being done retrospectively? What kind of costs will it involve, especially for the farming community? How will the fair deal scheme work over the three years at 7.5%? Will it be implemented straight away?
