Mr. Stephen Mulvany:

We certainly can. There are a series of milestones. After we appoint the external third-party firm by the end of this year we will work for between 12 and 15 months to design, build and test at a national level. We have to build a single national system and test it. Then we will deploy it. By the end of 2022 we will have deployed across the first 40% of the health system by value. We will deploy across the entire east and then move out from there. A very detailed end-to-end plan has been drawn up, with a summary of the milestones along the way. The ICT capital committed to this programme is worth €82 million. At this point I do not have any concerns about the funding capacity to deliver the programme.
