I will ask about internal control and particularly the contract management support units. Very often we rely on people coming to us and telling us about their experiences. People do not come to us if they are satisfied with the service but they will come when there is a failure. Are there service level agreements and is that something the contract management support unit deals with? Is it going to deal with something at a higher level? Could we have an outline to begin with?
