I cannot say that that has been identified but let us stand back from it and ask what do we understand good quality healthcare to be. It is generally based on multidisciplinary teams that develop a relationship over time and perform in a way where they know what the skills within the team are. Undoubtedly, if the Deputy is asking what is the preference, it is to have permanent staff working in a continuous relationship with their colleagues. That is in the literature more than in the data but that is a fair conclusion to draw.
