We have engaged with the HSE on the matter. As I understand it, it is not simply a planning issue. The preferred tenderer was selected, but it was not possible to conclude a contact with it. We have put questions to the HSE about how that came about, particularly to ensure the next award will be completed as rapidly as possible. It will be done in parallel with planning.
