Some day I would like some to hear slightly different language. It is clear that we need an effective public health service. I will come back later to the consultants who are using public facilities, but we need a public health system that is efficient and effective. Within it, home care is the easiest example to pick. It is cheaper and more efficient to fund that service than to keep people in hospital or nursing homes where a number of them do not want to be. My question which I have asked three times is whether that is an efficient use of public funds.
