I will direct a question to her. Could she expand on that letter she sent to the Department of Health? She stated this "has made what was a very difficult situation now almost impossible". I suppose she qualify this with the word "almost". Does she envisage substantial cuts to capital projects to facilitate a lack of funding in her own experience, as she hinted in that letter?
