I will conclude on the capital expenditure Both Mr. Reid and Mr. Breslin are saying that the intention is that the capital plan will be well published before we go into recess so there will be time for the Committee of Public Accounts, the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Health, or the Oireachtas to take a view on it. Is that what they are saying?
