Just before the Deputy moves on to the current side, we, in the Department of Health, would like to get to a multi-annual plan, as Mr. Reid said. That way, we can avoid making new plans when we enter a new year. We should move from one year into the next. One of the things we would like to do is to publish a three-year plan, rather than a one-year plan.
