Does Mr. Breslin not understand people’s frustration? I, along with many other Deputies and reporters, have been trying to get an answer to the question as to whether any projects will be delayed as a result of the cost overruns in question. To date, nobody, apart from the Minister, has said no projects will be delayed. According to what Mr. Reid said, I take it that he cannot categorically say whether there will be any delays to any projects as of yet because he is still in negotiations to ascertain whether any project will be delayed.
