Mr. Jim Breslin:

Mr. Ciarán Devane, who has a healthcare background, having led Macmillan Cancer Support. Mr. Devane was also chief executive of the British Council. He is an Irishman of Kerry extraction. There is a competency-based board, which has been selected through the State boards process.
