We have not done so yet for two reasons. First, we only received some of this information very recently and, second, it is difficult to get the teachers to put their names forward to challenge it. As we see again and again in cases of employment abuse, workers in precarious employment are the most vulnerable. If we say to people that what is being done to them is against the law and can be challenged, there is a genuine fear that if their employer finds out they are challenging it, they will not be there next week.
