Does Ms Ward agree with me that we should have a complete call on Government at this point to draw a line in the sand in respect of the 22,000 units? I was listening to the Taoiseach the other day. He spoke about allocation and said it would not cause displacement. Do we need to draw a line at some stage and move on?
