Is the Minister aware that, at this present time and as I am looking at him in this room, people are prevented from buying certain types of machinery, including tractors and lorries, if they do not comply with certain rules and regulations in respect of emissions while brand new machinery with the old style of engines is being produced and sold in India, China and Africa? We are all under the same sky. We have to be realistic. What the Minister has suggested today and over the past week will have a serious devastating effect of jobs. Farmers' gates will be closed.
