For us, it has got a little bit simpler. We were dealing with three boards and our administrative board. With the formation of the new board, I think the chairman, Dr. Browne, would say decision making is just getting a little bit cleaner and simpler which is helpful. We would acknowledge that the project is now very much moving into commissioning and handover, and all those elements. We are looking at how we can work with the development board on the decision making to make it fast. I would like to assure the committee that with Children's Health Ireland and the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board, at executive level we have very clear robust ways of working and we work very closely together.
