We have not come up with a number. We know what our facts are and we have a plan to identify over this year and next the roles that will be merged. We are looking at streamlining and not replacing posts - we are starting that process at the moment - and getting other individuals to take up broader remits across CHI as opposed to just in their own hospitals.
