How disruptive to public finances and the economy would a disorderly Brexit be? All of the Government's projections in the stability programme update, or SPU, and so on are based on the central case scenario of an orderly Brexit by the end of 2020. Can Mr. Coffey characterise for us the position if that does not transpire? No one can predict what will happen, but what is the council's assessment of the impact on public finances and the economy of a disorderly or crash-out Brexit?
