Mr. John McCarthy:

Yes. Capital spending is going up by 22% or 23% this year. I think we all acknowledge that this is a positive thing, given the capacity constraints in the economy and the need to address bottlenecks. Maybe it is more growth-enhancing than other forms of spending.
