Apologies have been received from Deputies Lisa Chambers, Jonathan O'Brien, Declan Breathnach and Maria Bailey. The committee will hold two separate sessions today. In our first session we will meet the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Deputy Paschal Donohoe, to discuss the national broadband plan and consider the budgetary implications of the plan and its potential impact. In our second session we will meet Mr. John Hogan and representatives from the local property tax review group to discuss the group's review of the local property tax.
