No, because I did not look at it in enough detail. My only observation is if they are told they there is a defective standard - and they effectively got to a point where they admitted it - hey always say that it is about to be changed or fixed but that never happens. They have not been as clear as they could have been, given the seriousness of the problem being looked at.
