Absolutely. The best indication of the effectiveness of the recommendations of the UK Parliament and the Competition and Markets Authority is the extent to which the big four are lobbying against them. They will start their sentences by saying they support some of the recommendations or that they welcome the report, but when it gets down to it, they do not like it. My understanding is one of the big four wants to seek a judicial review to challenge the split.
