With regard to the UK House of Commons committee report - and it is fair enough if the witnesses have already addressed this - do Mr. Butler or Mr. Bush agree with the recommendation to break up the big four auditing companies? What is their view on the view that the consulting businesses are being used as cash cows and should be separated from the overall companies?
