Mr. Barry has taken over the role of chairman. I presume he has read all the minutes of the meetings and has probably identified weaknesses in some of the controls and processes that previously existed. Will he outline what steps he has taken to ensure they are rectified? The Minister for Health has talked about extending the expertise on the board. Has Mr. Barry had any discussions with him about the individuals or experts he would like to see becoming members of the board?
