The same reservations that we, ourselves, had as a board in relation to the two-stage process. Their recommendations and the recommendations of the board around the control mechanism that we needed to establish were the same, particularly with regard to achieving a high degree of accuracy, but not completeness, in the design before it went to the marketplace.
