My recollection of the meeting, when Mr. Pollock was here as chairperson, and correct me if I am wrong, was that BAM was on site and had completed phase 1 and that if BAM was delayed in moving on to phase 2, it was known as a compensable event and it would have to prove how much it was going to lose-----
