It is a matter of form that the practice should be not to do these things. I said at the previous meeting we had on this that while it is the prerogative of the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General to decline a request to do particular work, the one thing that we have with the office is absolute certainty that no commercial relationships exist. Was the high-level advice before Christmas tendered?
