Disputes are part and parcel of the construction industry. I would not like anyone to think that BAM is always in disputes and no one else is. However, BAM is in disputes quite regularly, as they are entitled. The disputes are always carried out under the terms of the contracts. One cannot take a prejudiced view against the appointment of a contractor for exercising its rights under its contract.
