The core of the second task was to do a look-back exercise on the escalation and review 2,000 documents, as PwC did, to try to discover exactly what happened and what were the weaknesses in that. That was the core of it. As the Deputy stated, PwC also threw in a bit which indicated that the board could not have done anything differently. That was not in the terms of reference, it was obiter and a little bit off the point.
