I am not sure what point I am making. I am trying to discover the nature of the report from November 2018. I understood that was the report wherein the board considered whether to go forward. The prices were rising and I understand the board commissioned a number of high worth companies, including PwC, to come in and advise it. Is that the report or am I confused?
