I move amendment No. 4:

In page 5, between lines 15 and 16, to insert the following: “ (3) Part 3comes into operation on such day or days that the Minister may, after consultation with the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection, appoint by order or orders either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or provisions.”.
