Thank you, Commissioner Harris. My apologies for not being here for the opening statement, which you read. I thank the members who chaired the meeting in my absence. At this stage, we will go back to the original sequence of opening speakers. Deputy Alan Kelly will have 20 minutes, followed by Deputy Peter Burke, who will have 15 minutes.
