It comes to us and we have to make a decision in accordance with what the Act says. It can be discontinued in advance of the section 101 report. For instance, it may be that at a late stage a complainant decides not to proceed, it may be that the person against whom the complaint is made is ill or dies, or something happens to cause a decision to be made to not proceed with the matter. However, once the report is prepared, it comes to the commission and the commission has the three options under the legislation.
