Even six is a small identifiable number of people. The Deputy wants me to say something in a broad sense that could affect people unfairly. If he wishes to raise a particular case, he can do so with us directly. I remember that I wrote to him in May last year to invite him to our office to discuss these matters. I accept that he is very busy and has not had an opportunity to take up that invitation, but the matter might be better dealt with in that way.
