Being cognisant of that, we can bring in an income stream for beef farmers where they can allot perhaps 30% or 40% of their farm to produce grass. By producing grass, carbon dioxide is absorbed. I will not labour on this but for beef farming to survive, if the factories are prepared to let us swing in the wind, we have to consider what other income streams we can bring in.
