We want the bank to be successful but in a way that is fair to its customers and treats its customers with the respect that was often lacking the past. I argue that it still is lacking in many regards, and I will delve into them. However, I will first pick up on Senator Horkan's line of questioning on remuneration. How many individuals in AIB does Dr. Hunt believe should be paid above the €500,000 cap? Currently, 11 are paid in the €400,000 to €500,000 range.
