Absolutely. Those companies would have had the opportunity to close those schemes down. Many of them feel strongly that, as part of the overall benefit structure they offer to employees, it is important enough to continue to offer that. I take the point. There are many other things they would prefer to be spending the money on in terms of making the company more competitive.
