I move amendment No. 188:
In page 5, line 11, after “Board;" to insert the following: “to provide that the letting of a house or part thereof for any period not exceeding 14 days in a rent pressure zone is a material change in the use of the house or part and for that purpose to amend the Planning and Development Act 2000;”.
