I move amendment No. 175:
In page 30, between lines 10 and 11, to insert the following:
"Amendment of section 168 of Act of 2004
21.Section 168 of the Act of 2004 is amended by the insertion, in subsection (2), of the following paragraph:"(da) an authorised officer or decision maker appointed under section 164A,".".
