I move amendment No. 145:
In page 26, between lines 27 and 28, to insert the following: “(5) An appeal under subsection (1) shall be brought before a judge of the Circuit Court for the time being assigned to the Circuit in which the appellant resides or carries on any profession, trade or business.”.
