I move amendment No. 67:

In page 10, between lines 16 and 17, to insert the following:

"Amendment of section 67 of the Act of 2004 8. Section 67(2)(b)(ii) of the Act of 2004 is amended by deleting “an amount of rent due" and substituting "rent for at least three consecutive months".
