I move amendment No. 39:
In page 7, between lines 30 and 31, to insert the following: "Amendment of section 22 of Act of 2004 - to extend the notice period for new rents to 180 days
4. Section 22 of the Act of 2004 is amended in subsection (2) by substituting "180 days" for "90 days".".
