Mr. David Gordon:

On the psychologists, the Cathaoirleach asked a question about the letter. One of the difficulties they have is that the international tests they use are only available in English. While they might speak to the individual in Irish, the test can only be done in English. That is a problem in some Gaeltacht areas. Did the Cathaoirleach's letter say that somebody could not get service in Irish?
