The audit reports into Templemore, for example, were all furnished to this committee to allow us to be able to establish whether there needs to be changes in procedures and practices. We have very lengthy discussions with the auditors on those issues and with auditors of other Departments. The audit function is very important. It helps the committee to do its work. I ask Mr. O'Driscoll to reflect on whether he can provide the committee with a copy of the internal audit report because it would, I imagine, be helpful to me in understanding what happened. I accept, as Mr. O'Driscoll, said that there was no fraudulent activity. If there were lax standards, obviously that is a matter for this committee. I know the report has been given to the Comptroller and Auditor General, perhaps in the context of his work in terms of the Appropriation Accounts but I would like to see it.
