We have recently given the audit report to the Comptroller and Auditor General. An audit was undertaken following some information that reached the Department in relation to one NGO. The broad finding of that report - obviously I will not go through the whole detail - is that about €88,000 of the funding that went to that NGO was not used for the purposes for which we had provided it. I want to make it clear that there is no suggestion of fraud or anything like that. It is a question of what the audit identified as lax financial management within the NGO.
