When that note is sent the committee, perhaps it could include details of the average times going back over the past decade. I was here years ago, when the numbers were much higher, and the same thing was said verbatim. We were told that the numbers were dropping and the service was getting there. We have been here before. Five years ago, I heard Ministers saying verbatim what Mr. Kirrane has just said. I would like the committee to be given a longer-term perspective that is not confined to where we are today. We would like to see how it has moved. All of these things go up and down as the years go by.
