I will ask Mr. Kirrane to provide the precise figures in a moment. On the policy, the Deputy is right that there have been delays in people going through the process.

A lot of effort has been put into trying to improve that through additional staff and improving processes and so on. Mr. Kirrane will outline some of that in a moment. I would like to pick up on one of the Deputy's points. It is important to say that people in the accommodation centres have full rights. They are not confined there. They are not detained there. They come and go and everything else. Of course we assume everybody would prefer to move onto normal housing.
