Page 16, on Vote 24, deals with the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission, GSOC. There was a saving of €800,000 due to not proceeding with an investigation into wrongful cancellation of fixed charge notices. My understanding is there are queues of work for GSOC.

Could those funds have been used at the time to deal with some of those queues?
